Are Vancouver Rent Prices Finally Dropping?

Vancouver's one-bedroom median rent rose 0.8% in July 2025, reaching $2,540 monthly.

Two-bedroom rental prices declined 0.6% month-over-month, with a median of $3,470.

Despite the monthly shift, one-bedroom and two-bedroom rents dropped 5.9% and 8.4% year-over-year.

Increased rental supply in major urban areas is easing pressure on Real Estate prices.

Demand is shifting toward more affordable regions, helping rebalance high-cost rental markets like Vancouver.
