Vancouver Home Prices Dip 3.1% in Q3

Greater Vancouver aggregate home prices fell 3.1% year-over-year to $1,195,500 in Q3 2025.

Detached homes decreased 2.4% to $1,712,800; condos down 3.4% to $742,300.

High inventory gives buyers selection and negotiating power across the region.

Vancouver city: aggregate prices fell 1.9% to $1,383,200; detached $2,203,400.

Royal LePage forecasts a 2% aggregate price decline in Q4 2025.
